Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our nationwide, multi-entity organization. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and own the candidate pipeline for roles from hospitality operations to leadership positions.

This role demands proactive sourcing of passive candidates, rigorous screening, and timely offers. Travel to company locations and events may be required to support hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and professional roles.
• Ability to build credible pipelines and manage multiple requisitions across functions.
• Strong sourcing strategies and candidate engagement to fill hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake to final disposition.
• Source, screen, interview coordination, and offer support for diverse roles across operations, marketing, finance, IT, and leadership.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates, pipeline health, and actionable next steps to hiring leaders.
