Job summary

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Corporate & IT Recruiter to join the growing talent-acquisition team in Austin. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across corporate and technical functions.

Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting for Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, and related corporate areas; proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and adherence to EEOC/OFCCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting IT/technical roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-identification skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for corporate functions, from sourcing and screening through offer and hire.
• Recruit across a broad range of functions, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Security, Strategy, Corporate Development, and related corporate areas.
• Support technical and IT hiring, with emphasis on Business Systems, ERP, Applications/Systems Analyst, and other emerging technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies based on business needs and market conditions.
• Source and identify qualified internal and external candidates using proactive sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Provide labor-market intelligence, including talent availability, compensation trends, candidate feedback, and competitive market information.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate and hiring-manager experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Develop sourcing strategies that support diversity, inclusion, and affirmative-action initiatives.
• Serve as a representative of the organization and effectively communicate its culture and employee value proposition to prospective candidates.
• Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.
• Ensure recruiting activities remain compliant with applicable regulations and internal policies, including EEOC and OFCCP requirements.
• Effectively manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
