Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system and engage with partners to broaden exposure.
