Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Recruiter in Desoto, TX, to own the full-cycle hiring process from posting to offer. You will source, screen, interview, and close top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

You will leverage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a robust candidate pipeline, negotiate offers, and ensure compliant hiring practices in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate offers and close candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments including resume reviews and phone screens.
• Negotiate offers and employment terms to secure top candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Use ATS and recruitment software to track candidates and streamline hiring.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring policies.
• Represent Staffmark at job fairs and events to promote branding.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve hiring practices.
