You will partner with leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable sourcing, screening, and hiring plans, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

You'll leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ and other tools to build robust pipelines, track metrics, ensure compliance, and drive DEI-aligned hiring across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to meet hiring objectives by partnering with leaders.
• Strong metrics mindset using data to drive hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide market insights, compensation trends and talent data.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ.
• Maintain strong pipelines of active and passive technologists.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliant processes.
• Track KPIs like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding for smooth transitions.
