Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Experience with full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality initiatives and Lean projects to meet and exceed business plans.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer experience for inbound or outbound ops.
• Set and clarify requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance.
• Leverage managers to create improvement plans and roll them into functional areas.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts and network.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources.
