Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Tallahassee to lead a mixed team of salaried and hourly staff. You will guide performance, safety, and quality while driving productivity through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor teams, manage large-scale initiatives, and balance workloads across shifts, ensuring on-time customer delivery and process excellence. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
