Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading warehouse automation and process engineering in high-volume fulfillment.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million dollar cost savings and productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a 3-year automation master plan for large-scale warehouses.
• Lead end-to-end capital projects with ROI modeling and vendor selection.
• Map and re-engineer B2C fulfillment workflows and drive Lean Six Sigma practices.
• Establish LMS with engineered standards and KPI-driven incentives.
• Partner with real estate, ops, and跨-border teams to scale automation across sites.
