TikTok Shop is seeking a Supply Chain Sourcing Manager (Automation & Fulfillment) to drive strategic sourcing for warehouse infrastructure and automation equipment in Seattle. This role will own multi-year contracts and coordinate with internal stakeholders to scale the network.

The manager will lead supplier selection, lifecycle management, and cost analysis, enabling rapid growth of TikTok's e‑commerce logistics capabilities across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, focus on indirect procurement.
• Proven track record leading negotiations and multi-year contracts.
• Experience with full strategic sourcing lifecycle and supplier performance management.
• Experience sourcing warehouse automation equipment and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for warehouses, facility build-outs, and automation equipment.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle for warehouse automation systems from selection to commissioning.
• Conduct market analysis and build a robust US supplier portfolio across regions.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and supplier evaluations.
• Perform detailed total cost analyses to support supplier selection and negotiations.
