Job summary

TrustedTech, a leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, is seeking an Account Manager (Cloud Sales) to manage a portfolio of key accounts in the Irvine area. You will build relationships, drive revenue, and collaborate with Sales Support, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in account management or B2B tech sales, with CSP/Microsoft ecosystem exposure preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role in B2B technology or cloud solutions.
Experience in Microsoft ecosystem, specifically in a VAR or CSP environment, is highly preferred.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to develop account strategies under senior guidance.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Sales Support, Marketing, and Customer Service for a seamless customer experience.
Conduct market research to identify prospects within designated accounts.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and assist in forecasting.
