Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Fresh Account Manager to drive Specialty Cheese sales within the Retail Company’s account. You will build and leverage vendor relationships, KeHE sales reps, and retailer contacts to grow profitable business.

The role emphasizes data-driven selling, cross-functional collaboration, and urban market growth. Some travel and weekend coverage may be required, with a dynamic, employee-owned culture guiding decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts.
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred; equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and legacy enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Increase Specialty Cheese sales at the account through analytical and fact-based selling.
• Develop promotional plans and manage through to profitable execution.
• Increase sales by finding new business opportunities and through consistent follow up.
• Coordinate activities and communications among vendors and company functional groups.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend paths forward to address these activities.
