Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, dispatch, sales, or related field.
• Experience pricing and moving Dry Van and Temp‑Controlled (Reefer) freight; food & beverage supply chains preferred.
• Proficient PC skills in CRM and ERP systems (Produce Pro, MS Office, email).

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for customers; quote competitive rates and manage RFPs.
• Negotiate carrier rates while protecting margins and profitability.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries; monitor shipments from start to finish.
• Enter and maintain shipment, customer, carrier, and pricing data in TMS.
• Support billing and claims processes; assist with freight claims resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and accounting to ensure shipment execution.
