Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for existing shipper accounts.
• Proactively communicate shipment status and program updates.
• Resolve service issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Assist brokers with carrier sourcing and booking on established lanes.
• Monitor in-transit shipments and coordinate pickup/delivery details.
• Support timely invoicing and basic collections follow-up.
