Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with high-value logistics clients from our Rogers, AR office. You will coordinate with operations and customer service teams to deliver tailored freight solutions, monitor KPIs, and manage contracts.

Travel may be required as needed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management in logistics, strong communication, and analytical skills, plus the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning and upselling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of account management experience in transportation/logistics or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, influencing results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive self-starter with drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with shippers and receivers.
• Develop pricing proposals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and manage contract negotiations (renewals/expansions).
• Create strategic account plans to meet client objectives and drive growth.
• Monitor profitability and assist with billing/collections.
• Communicate shipment status and reschedule pickups/deliveries as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Maintain current rates, fuel surcharges, and accessorial schedules in the TMS.
