Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising in Miami is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and management/Board reporting. You will partner with department leaders and Accounting to translate results into actionable insights for leadership.

This hybrid, on-site role (HQ in Miami three days a week) requires a strategic, analytical mindset, strong executive communication, and the ability to drive planning, controllership, and analytics improvements across the national franchise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting with 2+ years in a manager role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools and SQL.
• GAAP knowledge and budgeting/forecasting experience; franchise/retail exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting end-to-end and consolidate for executive/Board approval.
• Own monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts with input from department leaders.
• Build financial models covering revenue, Opex, headcount, and cash flow.
• Deliver management and Board reports with KPI insights and executive commentary.
• Mentor analysts and drive FP&A process automation and continuous improvement.
