Job summary

JobSquad Florida in Fort Lauderdale seeks a WBusiness Planning & Analytics Manager with 5–10 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or related analytics. You will partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to analyze business drivers, forecast performance, and recommend actions.

You will build forward-looking models, support pricing strategies, and drive cross-functional initiatives using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Formpak. Fragrance/beauty/CPG experience preferred. On-site, full-time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Accounting.
5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, strategic analytics, or related field.
Experience supporting executive leadership through financial analysis, forecasting, business insights, and strategic planning.
Strong understanding of financial metrics, KPIs, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced strategic thinking, problem-solving, organization, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, consumer packaged goods, specialty chemicals, or ingredients preferred.
MBA or another advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with General Manager and senior leadership on strategic planning and key business decisions.
Lead annual business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Analyze business performance to identify drivers, trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Develop forward-looking models and scenario analyses to support priorities.
Analyze sales performance by customer, territory, category, product, and salesperson.
Evaluate customer, account, and product portfolio profitability.
Support pricing strategies, incentive programs, growth initiatives, and new opportunities.
Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and account planning.
Collaborate with Finance to strengthen forecasting accuracy and visibility into performance.
Monitor gross margin, contribution margin, operating results, and performance vs budget/forecast.
Develop financial models to evaluate investments, initiatives, and opportunities.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
