Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of finance experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting is crucial.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills essential.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools; executive communication skills a must.
• Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
• Develop and oversee financial models for forecasting revenues and expenses.
• Analyze financial performance and advise on optimization opportunities.
• Oversee financial reporting and present findings to senior management and board.
• Manage and mentor FP&A team to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support strategic targets.
• Drive FP&A system and process improvements, including automation and data visualization.
