Mod Op Llc in the Miami–Ft. Lauderdale area is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to launch and lead a new FP&A capability that will become the strategic heartbeat of the business.

This hybrid role reports to the CFO and will own forecasting, planning, performance reporting, and decision support for a multi-service organization with an active acquisition agenda. The ideal candidate is a strategist-builder who can translate revenue, margin, staffing, pricing, and utilization

Qualifications

8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years leading FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and board reporting.
Experience building or rebuilding FP&A in PE-backed or lender-reported environments.
Ability to produce board- and lender-ready numbers with clear assumptions, risks, and conditions.

Responsibilities

Build monthly rolling forecasts for net revenue and EBITDA by service line and key clients.
Lead monthly financial reviews with service-line leaders on margins, staffing, utilization and pricing.
Prepare the financial performance and forecast sections of board materials.
Support covenant forecasting and lender reporting in partnership with Accounting.
Own annual operating planning, reforecasting and the first full-cycle budget after hire.
Develop client profitability analyses, top-client concentration, and acquisition models.
Leverage AI, automation and code to improve FP&A speed and quality.
Partner with leaders across the business to drive data-driven decisions.
