Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and management/Board reporting from our Miami HQ. You will partner with department leaders and Accounting to reinforce controllership and translate performance into actionable insights for the executive team.

The role requires 6+ years in FP&A or related finance fields, with MBA/CPA a plus, advanced Excel and BI skills, and experience with FP&A tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a manager/lead role.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting; strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting end-to-end and rolling forecasts.
• Own monthly/quarterly variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Build multiyear plans and scenario analyses.
• Partner with department leaders on headcount and opex planning.
• Deliver executive commentary and Board-ready materials.
• Drive consistency between management and Board reporting and close processes.
• Identify automation and tool improvements across FP&A workflows.
