Job summary

Jobgether partners with US-based clients to fill an FP&A Manager role focused on financial planning, analysis, and strategic advisory. You will mentor a finance team and deliver data-driven insights to improve client performance using modern tools and AI-enabled workflows.

The position emphasizes hands-on modeling, project leadership, and collaboration with senior finance leaders across a remote-first environment with opportunities to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A or accounting experience, including leading client engagements or teams.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with modern financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements: manage FP&A projects from planning through delivery, including budgets and scopes of work.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members from Associates to Senior Analysts.
• Provide strategic financial guidance with KPIs, drivers, and operational levers.
• Support financing strategies: equity and debt raises with senior finance leaders.
• Manage client relationships and renewals with clear financial findings.
