Partner Company, based in the United States, seeks a Vice President of FP&A to lead a modern, AI-enabled finance function in a high-growth healthcare tech environment. You will oversee planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis while building scalable processes and mentoring a talented team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A with leadership experience
• Experience forecasting recurring revenue and unit economics
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and FP&A platforms
• Proven ability to present to executives and boards
• Experience scaling FP&A for growth and AI-enabled workflows
• Healthcare/digital health or regulated industry exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, and forecasting cycles
• Establish scalable tools, rhythms, and decision-making processes across Finance
• Develop integrated financial models with three-statement linkage
• Own revenue forecasting with Go-To-Market and data teams
• Prepare management reports, board presentations, and financial reviews
• Provide insights to support investments, capital allocation, and resource use
• Partner with Controller for accurate reporting and closing improvements
• Lead selection and optimization of FP&A planning software
• Support investor relations with financial narratives and metrics
• Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
• Drive automation and AI-enabled FP&A workflows
