Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in financial analysis for high-growth SaaS, public accounting, or investment banking.
• Experience leading software finance at the product level and building revenue models.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, AI tools, and BI solutions.
• Ability to partner with C-suite executives and drive strategic consensus.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a FP&A Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape financial planning and analysis across the business, with a strong focus on forecasting, revenue visibility, and strategic decision support. The position partners closely with Product, Go-To-Market, and senior leadership teams to guide pricing, monetization, and investment decisions. You will also help improve planning processes and deliver clear insights that connect operational performance to business outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive company-wide financial statement forecasting and reporting for product-level revenue and bookings
• Manage departmental budgets and ROI metrics for the R&D organization
• Collaborate with Product and Go-To-Market teams on pricing models and monetization strategies
• Oversee financial aspects of AI-driven platform initiatives and evaluate investment returns
• Own the company cost of revenue forecast, linking platform performance to gross margin optimization
• Create executive presentation materials and high-impact dashboards for corporate strategy
• Innovate FP&A processes using AI-driven financial planning tools
• Conduct financial risk and opportunity analyses to support senior management decision-making
