Halcyon seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to partner with the COO and executive team. You will own planning, forecasting, and board-ready reporting while shaping financial infrastructure to scale the business.

The role blends finance, strategy, and GTM insights, requiring SaaS finance expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that influence headcount, capital allocation, and growth decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, finance, or related analytical roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics: ARR/MRR, GRR, NRR, LTV:CAC, Rule of 40.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Sheets; experience with FP&A platforms.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and a board of directors.
• Strong business partnering skills; translate financial complexity into practical recommendations.
• Hands-on experience using LLM tools with Excel and FP&A platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own annual operating plan, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly forecasts.
• Lead KPI reporting and variance analysis for executive decision-making.
• Partner with GTM, G&A leaders on headcount planning and budget management.
• Drive SaaS metrics analysis: ARR, MRR, churn, LTV:CAC, burn multiple.
• Support fundraising readiness, investor diligence, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvement in planning, automation, and governance.
