Honeycomb is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the growing FP&A team. You will support financial reporting, forecasting, monthly close cycles, and ad-hoc analyses while partnering with leadership across departments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with SaaS metrics, and comfort with ERP/forecasting systems. You will influence planning, drive process improvements, and help scale the business.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, P&L management or related experience, focused on software/tech.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support financial reporting, modeling and monthly/quarterly close cycles.
• Lead forecasting, annual planning, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, accounting and sales ops.
• Drive improvements to financial processes and scalability; assist in close and reporting to executives.
