Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Director, Corporate FP&A to lead the FP&A function across the enterprise. You will partner with senior finance leadership, Product FP&A, and functional leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and insight-driven analysis that informs decision making.

This high-visibility, people-leader role owns corporate FP&A and G&A FP&A, overseeing operating planning, forecasting, and executive/board reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience in large, complex multi-location or multi-brand organizations; direct-to-consumer, home services or field-sales-driven models preferred.
• Experience owning board reporting and executive/monthly business review materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and pacing processes end to end, building budgets and long-range plans.
• Own quarterly forecasting and weekly pacing with variance analysis.
• Prepare board materials and lead monthly business reviews with actionable insights.
• Oversee consolidated P&L reporting and KPI dashboards for executive reviews.
• Partner with strategy, brand leadership, and Sales/Operations to evaluate growth initiatives and unit economics.
