Job summary

ScienceLogic is seeking a Senior Director, Finance & FP&A to lead global planning, budgeting, forecasting and investor reporting. You will drive strategic finance initiatives and partner with the CFO and executive team to scale profitability across SaaS and services.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A/strategic finance, strong modeling skills, and a track record of communicating with boards and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A and strategic leadership.
• Experience supporting executives, boards, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to non-financial audiences.
• Experience in software/SaaS or recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance, FP&A, and executive reporting activities.
• Own annual operating plan, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare board materials and investor communications.
• Develop dashboards for revenue, ARR, bookings, and profitability.
• Partner with accounting to align reporting with financial results.
