Job summary

Systech International seeks a strategic, commercially oriented Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and help drive long-term value creation. This role translates business strategy into financial plans, performance insights, and actions that support profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline required; MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• 13+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including FP&A and business partnering.
• Experience leading forecasting, AOP, strategic planning, and performance management in a global context.
• Experience with NetSuite and OneStream is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across the organization.
• Deliver analysis of revenue, margins, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and translate strategy into financial plans.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Engineering to drive profitable growth.
