Job summary

Korn Ferry partners with a client seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead enterprise planning, reporting, and analytics. You will collaborate with the CFO, executive leadership, and Board to drive strategic decisions and investor communications.

You will build out a finance Center of Excellence, manage 2–3 FP&A professionals, and oversee Workday Adaptive Planning within a fast-growing, private-equity backed SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Proven leadership with direct people management.
• Strong P&L ownership across finance functions.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments preferred.
• Deep SaaS metrics knowledge and unit economics.
• Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial consolidation and reporting across geographies.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for execs and Board.
• Partner with CFO on Board materials and investor reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and track SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, CAC, LTV.
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with Accounting on close timelines and variance analysis.
• Lead FP&A systems optimization and data integrity with Workday.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization.
• Support finance enablement for AI, data, and automation initiatives.
