Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Business Development Manager to pursue account opportunities and drive customer engagement from Stratford, WI. You will own end-to-end sales processes, build trusted relationships, and represent the site in customer interactions and at trade shows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or account management, experience in food processing or industrial goods, and a proven track record in capital equipment sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, customer service or account management.
• Experience in food processing or industrial goods manufacturing.
• Experience in Capital Equipment sales in food industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Proactively creating new leads / opportunities by following up with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline of territory and ensure it is continuously filled.
• Engage with customers at trade shows and through ongoing communication about product updates and industry trends.
