Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in food processing equipment or related industries.
• Proven track record selling complex technical solutions with long sales cycles.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Further Processing solutions across the DACH region.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
• Build long-term relationships with food processors, engineering teams, and decision-makers.
• Understand customer production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Lead complex solution-selling opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with Application Specialists, Engineering, Sales, Service, and Project Management to develop integrated solutions.
• Deliver customer presentations, technical discussions, quotes, and value-based business cases.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM opportunity management.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent JBT Marel at trade shows and events.
