Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain Marel equipment at customer sites. You will prepare activities, train customers, and report progress to customer support and field service teams.

The role emphasizes keeping stakeholders informed, managing customer experience, and identifying service opportunities while applying strong communication and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to execute agreed tasks & deadlines against performance criteria (KPI).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; comfortable in a multi-cultural organization.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain JBT Marel machinery at customer facilities.
• Prepare and report on maintenance activities and progress to customers and coordinators.
• Keep customers informed, manage the customer experience and identify sales/service opportunities.
• Escalate issues per company processes to ensure appropriate support.
• Document visits, hours, expenses and technical reporting with accuracy.
