JBT Marel is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Italy & Greece to drive strategic growth in the Prepared Foods segment. You will execute the sales strategy, build long-term customer partnerships, and pursue high-value turnkey opportunities across food processing solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in B2B capital equipment sales, fluency in Italian and English, and proven ability to navigate international, matrix organizations while delivering value-based solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment or industrial solutions.
• Proven track record with strategic accounts and high-value solutions.
• Experience in an international, matrix organization.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.

• Execute the commercial strategy for the Prepared Foods segment Italy and Greece.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with objectives and market potential.
• Identify and close complex capital equipment opportunities from concept through closing.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Analyze operations and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead engagement strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with regional directors, partners, and sales operations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM and forecast accurately.
