Job summary

Credence has an immediate need for a FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing program management activities for the F‑16 program and related FMS efforts with multiple bases and partners.

We seek a seasoned professional with DoD acquisition experience, the ability to coordinate LOAs and EOs, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams through complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Master’s/Doctoral degree in a related field with 10+ years DoD experience, or a Bachelor’s with 12+ years DoD exp.
• Experience in DoD programs, FMS, and defense acquisition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and assess program management activities and analyses.
• Provide DoD policy-compliant support for DoD acquisitions in all stages.
• Coordinate LOAs, LORs, and AECA/SAMM-related documentation.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinate budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Prepare briefing charts and respond to inquiries from higher HQ and senior officials.
• Support SAPMs and program managers across CONUS/OCONUS and multiple bases.
