Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/WAM, F-16 division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves guiding program management, cost and schedule control, and coordination with government and contractor teams to deliver mission-critical software and weapon systems enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have DoD/acquisition experience, strong leadership, and a track record in complex defense programs, including F-16 and MNFP-related

Qualifications

Experience in DoD programs and USAF acquisitions.
Knowledge of F-16 programs and weapon systems integration.
Senior leadership experience at government or contractor organizations.

Responsibilities

Assist in risk, cost, schedule, and performance management of software development efforts.
Coordinate government acquisitions activities and major program reviews.
Support warfighter requirements and UONs with cost/schedule/performance trade-offs.
Develop concise program status briefings for senior staff.
Coordinate with Government offices, contractors, and higher headquarters.
