Job summary

Credence in Ohio is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate for the F-16 program across Hill AFB and Wright-Patterson AFB. You will coordinate risk, cost, schedule, and performance across software development efforts and engage government and contractor stakeholders at executive levels.

You will lead briefings, support UONs, and enable rapid test concepts, integration, and milestones while applying DoD processes and MNFP guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex DoD/airforce programs.
• Strong ability to manage cost, schedule and performance.
• Ability to brief senior government and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk, cost, schedule and performance management of software development efforts.
• Coordinate with government and contractor organizations at executive levels.
• Support UONs and accelerated test concepts and integration milestones.
• Develop concise program status briefings for senior staff.
• Assist with strategic planning, systems integration and requirements assessments.
