Ryder System, Inc. in San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Business Expansion Manager to drive new logo attainment for Fleet Management Solutions. You will deploy a go-to-market strategy using Salesforce and Seismic, focusing on digital and telemarketing, with in-person meetings when needed.

You will work in a territory that includes Hayward, San Jose, and surrounding cities, travel as required, and build value with prospective clients while collaborating with internal teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated sales excellence with quotas.
• Strong knowledge of Ryder's product offerings and ability to articulate value.
• Ability to interpret financial data and forecast outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage across multiple channels to build a sales pipeline.
• Maintain CRM data, manage leads, and track opportunities in Salesforce/Seismic.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
