Ryder is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new customer growth in Fleet Management Solutions within Portland, OR. This role includes developing sales plans, analyzing profitability, and building value through Ryder’s services using the Ryder Sales Process.

You will educate prospects, manage a pipeline, and collaborate with ARs, CDMs, and DSDs to maximize opportunities. Expect a salary of $74,000 plus uncapped commission and full benefits.
