TRAFFIX is a Third-Party Logistics leader seeking a Carrier Sales Rep – Flatbed to grow our nationwide flatbed carrier operations. You will build carrier relationships, optimize capacity, and drive consistent results in a fast-paced freight environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in flatbed and deep industry knowledge. Responsibilities include mode expertise, carrier development, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance with DOT standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in flatbed carrier sales or flatbed logistics operations.
• Expert knowledge of flatbed modes, capacity dynamics, and regulations.
• Strong carrier network and established industry relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on, results-driven mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced brokerage or 3PL environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage major flatbed equipment types and educate teams on capabilities.
• Develop and manage carrier relationships to secure reliable capacity.
• Monitor market shifts, rate trends, and capacity dynamics.
