TransLoop Logistics, LLC is seeking a Flatbed Account Specialist to own the flatbed/open-deck carrier network. You will identify great flatbed carriers, build real relationships, and keep them happy to ensure they run our loads consistently.

You will hunt carriers, book loads, resolve issues, and partner with the Customer Sales team to grow shippers and long-term partnerships while achieving strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in flatbed carrier sales or flatbed logistics operations.
• Deep knowledge of flatbed modes, market behavior, and industry regulations.
• Strong carrier network and established industry relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• Experience in a fast-paced brokerage or 3PL environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hunting down solid flatbed carriers through warm leads or cold outreach.
• Booking loads by phone, solving problems, and ensuring smooth shipments.
• Partnering with Customer Sales to grow shippers and revenue.
• Turning one-off loads into long-term partnerships for ongoing freight flow.
• Maintaining carrier satisfaction while meeting service KPIs set by leadership.
• Collaborating with Customer Sales to keep the customer aligned and serviced.
