TransLoop Logistics is seeking a Flatbed Account Specialist in Denver to develop and maintain strong flatbed carrier relationships, secure reliable capacity, and support seamless load executions across our network.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in flatbed carrier sales, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to grow carrier partnerships while collaborating with the Customer Sales team to drive shipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in flatbed carrier sales or flatbed logistics operations.
• Deep knowledge of flatbed modes, market behavior, and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong carrier network and established industry relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
• Experience in a fast-paced brokerage or 3PL environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hunt down solid flatbed carriers and research leads (warm or cold).
• Book loads, solve problems, and ensure shipments run smoothly.
• Partner with Customer Sales to grow shippers and existing accounts.
• Convert one-off loads into long-term carrier partnerships.
• Maintain carrier satisfaction while meeting service KPIs.
• Collaborate with Customer Sales to align on customer needs.
