Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations leader.
• Proven ability to drive profitability and lead teams.
• Strong understanding of service KPIs, labor, and expenses.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations, including staff and process flow.
• Drive profitability through expense control, labor sales, productivity and efficiency.
• Set goals, budgets, and performance expectations for the department.
• Monitor KPIs such as ELR, hours per repair order, and technician productivity.
• Recruit, train, and develop service department personnel.
• Ensure proper repair order processes and warranty compliance.
