Job summary

Hireology seeks a Parts & Service Director to lead the Parts, Service, and Quick Service departments across a three-store automotive group. You will drive profitability, develop budgets, and align operations with manufacturer standards to maximize customer satisfaction and financial results.

You will collaborate with General Managers and the executive team to execute group-wide strategies, mentor managers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive fixed operations management experience.
• Multi-store management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing fixed operations profitability.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parts, Service, and Quick Service across three stores.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and operating plans for fixed operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as gross profit, labor sales, and customer retention.
• Coach and develop Service and Parts managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
