FIS is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive client satisfaction, engagement and successful outcomes across fintech solutions. You will partner with product, sales and support to deliver tailored adoption plans and measurable value.

Responsibilities include building joint success plans, monitoring health metrics, advising on renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in Client Success or related roles in Financial Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to articulate business value to stakeholders within client organizations.
• Knowledge of financial technology industry and products.

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical solutions and business domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and enable value realization across the lifecycle.
• Develop joint success plans with milestones and KPIs to achieve outcomes through product adoption.
• Proactively analyze client health and usage data to mitigate risk and reduce churn.
• Act as a strategic advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and influencing product roadmaps.
• Coordinate between product management, sales and professional services.
• Participate in renewal discussions and articulate the renewal value story to clients.
