Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Client Success or related roles in financial technology.

• Ability to articulate business value to stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical solution and business-specific domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to drive adoption and measurable impact.
• Build strong relationships with clients and enable value realization across the lifecycle.
• Develop a joint success plan with milestones and KPIs to achieve outcomes through product adoption.
• Proactively analyze client health and product usage data to mitigate risk and reduce churn.
• Provide strategic insights to sellers and influence product roadmaps based on client feedback.
• Capture and communicate expansion recommendations to sellers and act as liaison with teams.
• Participate in renewal processes and articulate the renewal value story.
