Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Client Executive - Financial Services Sales (Midwest) for a remote role focused on retention, expansion and revenue growth within financial services accounts. You will build executive relationships and lead strategic account plans across teams.

You will coordinate resources for business reviews, drive adoption of new products, and act as the customer advocate. The role reports to the Vice President of Sales and may require occasional in-person attendance at events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling, consulting or business development in financial services
• Major account experience in a matrix environment with large organizations
• Proven client engagement, prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making and closing
• Exceptional communication, persuasive and persistent when needed
• Business-related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with assigned accounts; identify decision makers, influencers, buyers and sponsors
• Lead and coordinate resources for client reviews and internal account planning sessions
• Facilitate client-facing and internal sales meetings; ensure resource participation
• Collaborate with Industry Executives to drive adoption of product opportunities
• Advocate for customers; understand their business and position within the market
• Own account planning process and determine strategic initiatives for customers
• Review usage gaps and expansion opportunities with Client Value Executives to support retention and growth
