TransUnion is seeking a Client Value Executive - Financial Services for a remote, full-time position. The role partners with Client Executives to grow relationships, implement solutions, and identify upsell opportunities in financial services clients.

You will collaborate with Industry Executives, product teams, and cross-functional partners to drive adoption, resolve issues, and deliver value, while maintaining Salesforce data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of sales and account management experience.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations with internal partners.
• Preferred background in Financial Services, Salesforce, and data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Client Executives to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support business development efforts by collaborating with Industry Executives, product teams, and cross-functional partners to identify and advance sales opportunities.
• Drive product adoption and implementation, serving as a key point of contact for clients to resolve issues, address usage gaps, and deliver ongoing support.
• Expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while capturing client feedback, maintaining Salesforce data integrity, and coordinating reporting and account support activities.
