Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Financial Partnerships Manager to shape and build Ramp's international and cross-border payment strategy. You will expand partnerships with banks, fintechs, card networks and grow our global capabilities across cards, payments, and treasury.

You’ll work with product, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, marketing, and finance teams to move money globally and expand Ramp's customer base and product set in new markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal process from vetting partners to negotiating terms and GTM support after launch.
• Navigate compliance/regulatory approvals and work with internal/external legal and bank partners.
• Define KPIs and growth targets with the product team to measure partnership success.
• Collaborate with partners to develop new product offerings and growth opportunities.
• Negotiate amendments and renewals as partnerships evolve with changing business priorities.
