Job summary

Global Payments seeks a seasoned product delivery leader to drive strategic roadmaps and programs. You will own delivery health, align budgets with goals, and report progress to senior stakeholders across a global payments portfolio.

You will shape agile practices, build governance, and ensure timely risk mitigation while coordinating across Finance, Sales, and Product teams. A strong track record in payments and DS optimization is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Typically 10+ years in product delivery or consulting in an agile environment.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products preferred.
• Strong project and leadership experience, ideally in payments.
• Proven ability to define and monitor KPIs with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product roadmap delivery aligning priorities with budgets and timelines.
• Own delivery health using KPIs and dashboards to address risks and ensure outcomes.
• Shape agile delivery practices and tooling to improve efficiency and performance.
• Create visibility for senior leaders with governance and reporting on risks, scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive risk mitigation and timely issue resolution across the portfolio.
