Placements24 is seeking a high-caliber Financial Controller to lead the finance department in Randburg, Gauteng. This senior role oversees accounting, FP&A, reporting, and internal controls, shaping financial strategy and governance.

The ideal candidate holds CA(SA)/CIMA/ACCA with 8+ years in accounting/finance, including 3+ years in a supervisory role, and strong IFRS expertise. You will partner with executives to drive profitability and ensure robust financial governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years in accounting/financial management with at least 3 years in a supervisory or controlling role.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and corporate finance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all accounting operations including payroll, GL, AP and AR.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors and financial institutions.
• Develop and mentor the finance team for high performance.
