Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex community service or social welfare programs.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field is required.
• Proven budget management, financial oversight, and fundraising experience.
• Excellent understanding of social service delivery, community needs, and relevant policy frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all community service programs.
• Develop and refine program strategies, goals, and objectives to align with the organization's mission and vision.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee program budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and impact.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, funders, community partners, and beneficiaries.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of program delivery through robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
